I believe yoga should feel approachable, never intimidating. Whether you're stepping onto a mat for the very first time or returning after a break, my hope is that you'll leave each class feeling calmer, more connected and more like yourself.

MY STORY

Hatha Yoga Inspired by Thailand, Rooted in Compassion.

My own journey with yoga began through a desire to slow down and reconnect. After travelling to Thailand to train as a Hatha Yoga teacher, I returned inspired not only by the practice itself, but by the sense of belonging it created.

That inspiration led me to start something very simple, free yoga sessions in my own front garden. What began as a small gathering has grown into a welcoming community where people of all ages and backgrounds can come together to move, breathe and connect.

My Approach

Every class is guided with patience,

encouragement and care.

You'll never be expected to keep up with anyone else or achieve the perfect pose.

Whether it's your first class or you've been practising for years, you'll be encouraged to listen to your body, move in a way that feels right for you and simply enjoy the process.

My hope is that you leave each session feeling calmer, more connected and carrying a little of that feeling into the rest of your week.

I'd love to meet you.

Whether you're looking for a gentle introduction to yoga, a supportive community or workplace wellbeing sessions, I'd love to help you find the right place to begin.

Yoga doesn't end when the class finishes.

Some of the best conversations happen afterwards—sharing a cup of tea, enjoying the fresh air and getting to know one another. Creating those moments of connection is just as important to me as the practice itself.
